The base wines are all Italian and many of the botanicals are sourced locally in Piedmont. Nose: Delicate Mediterranean herbs (mint, sage, oregano, thyme) and floral notes rounded by a spiced finish and reminiscences of cloves. Taste: Fresh, dry and mouth warming.
