This one is a 14 year old from Bruichladdich, matured in a first fill bourbon barrel and bottled at natural cask strength of 57. 9%. Nose: Farmyard hay, coastal peat and tangerine peel. Palate: Candied lemon peel, buttered toast with apricot jam and rich stone fruits. Finish: Waxy and oily with lingering citrus.
