High Carbon Petty: Snakeskin Cutlery Size - 16 x 1This Kitchen Petty knife has been hand forged using high carbon W2 steel. After forging, the blade was differentially heat treated to create a hamon. Additionally, the blade was meticulously hand sanded to 600 grit, resulting in a satin finish and a visible hamon line. The handle is crafted from gorgeous Snakeskin hardwood.
