This pale pink wine brings a full bouquet of pleasing floral aromas with hints of red berries

made with malted barley and lightly flavoured with honey and extracts of milk thistle and oats

It is then filtered through charcoal and aged in charred oak barrels for between 1 and 2 years and is only filtered once
