Pierre Ferrand 1840 Cognac 45% 70cl Rock Island shortbread and spiced toffeeNose: Ripe juicy red grapes and honey in a lavish aroma of soft autumn fruits and a little hint of cocoa and maple. Palate: Rich creamy textured and bursting with flavour to the front of the palate with Grape and vanilla like notes, some soft creamy notes are intermingling with red grape, soft plumbs and toffee like tones.
