the distillery has had a few changes over the centuries from being mothballed a few times to a change in how the malt was dried

Palate: Lots of texture to the front of the palate as this dram develops you will find a sweet fruity opening, some dry spices and hints of salted caramel, some liquorice root, bergamot, tobacco leaf and cedar wood.
