It goes superbly with a wide range of foods. Aged for an average of 30 months on lees, with yeasts selected from Ferrari own strains Grape: 70% Pinot Noir, 30% Chardonnay Appellation: Trento DOC Tasting: Broad and complex, with notes of citrus, berry fruits and peach. Rich and mouth filling, with a remarkably long finish characterized by delicate yeasty hints
