Beautiful silhouette with a fitted bodice with high square neck and puffed princess sleeves. Sweet white cotton lace trims to neck and cuffs with black velvet ribbon trims. Nipped in waistline and a folky full skirt in three tiers, each trimmed with a small scalloped band of cotton lace ribbon. Botton tier is sewn in small gathers giving it a
