Jack Bilander was born in Poland and moved to America in his youth. He studied at the National Academy of Design, Art Students League, Columbia University and NYU. He studied with Will Barnet, Valclav Vyctlacyl, and Alois Stenbery. Bilander exhibited internationally and his
