NON, 3 Yuzu & Cinnamon 0% Vieilles Vignes Subtle notes of briocheFounded by Aaron Trotman, NON creates 0% alcohol wine alternatives with a base of unripe grape juice, or verjus. With Semillon grapes from the Barossa Valley as the starting point, dehydrated oranges are added before a 5 hour infusion with their pith and skins. The sweet, candied taste of the oranges is balanced with a touch of bitterness and acidity to produce a refreshing wine alternative that is further seasoned with yuzu and cinnamon.
