Seine aus der Sauvignon Blanc Traube gekelterten Weine sind klar und geradelinig und reprsentieren das Terroir und nicht die Ausbauart. Die Bden in dieser Gegend des Loire Tals sind Quarz und Feuersteinhaltig. Dieser Wein reift nur in Stahltanks, ohne Barrique Ausbau.
