But the wine is rather short in persistence and although it offers good structure
A first sample of this wine showed some porty high tones but this one is refined and pure

South south west facing plot of 45 year old vines, farmed along biodynamic principles (not certified) and according to lunar cycles. Hand picked. Pneumatic press. Vinification in stainless steel. No malo. Aged eight months in oak tuns and five years sur lattes.
