The grapes thrive on a gentle slope just outside the Mediterranean coastal city of Nimes in southern France. The wine offers a symphony of aromas, including black fruits, spices, and leather, with subtle notes of freshly shaved truffles in the background. Its mouthfeel is remarkably silky smooth, with a delightful presence of soft, round tannins and hints of red fruits.
