Gin Juniper Cask Finish, Antica Distilleria Quaglia abv__115 owing in part to traditionalA gin for the true connoisseur. This London Dry style gin has been aged in small barrels made from Juniper wood, the very tree that bore the seed used to distill the liquid itself. This intensifies the juniper note considerably and makes for an intense, complex and deep flavour profile. The palate is warm and smooth with a lingering finish. One to be poured in a wide glass and enjoyed whilst sipping or with a dash of soda and a slice of lemon.
