This piece is a medley of folk tunes collected and played by local Forbes musician Harry Schaefer (1876-1954)

Care was put into making the notes & rhythms easy so that directors and players can focus on tone

Set piece for both the High School C Grade and Middle School sections. For 2024 it's on the Junior D Grade Test Piece list for the NSW State Band Championships, and the Victorian School Music Festival Intermediate section. This Concert March has a touch of the early twentieth century British composers such as Vaughan Williams
