This matched pair of Sylvania black plate 6CL6 tubes was tested on our Paul Hart-calibrated TV7/U for shorts

I played them in my Alan Eaton single-ended 45 amplifier (as an "excellent" 6SN7 substitute according to Antique Electronic Supply's "Tube Substitution Guidebook") and they sound outstanding

Tube Five has been repaired

It measured 82/91 where minimum (65%) is 50/50 and 100% is 77/77

This RCA 604 / 7014 rectifier tube looks only slightly used
